Gas Heater Servicing & Repairs

Regarding any gas heater, especially portable heaters, it is incredibly important to ensure that they are running safely. A faulty appliance can poison your entire home with dangerous emissions.

GAS FIREPLACE SERVICING & REPAIRS

If you have a gas fireplace, it is important to have it serviced regularly, to ensure it is working safely and efficiently. We strongly encourage our customers to have their appliances serviced before the colder months take effect. As soon as there is a hint of the weather changing, we have everyone trying to get their fireplace serviced or repaired. If you have your fireplace serviced in preparation for the colder months, you can be sure that you and your family stay warm during autumn and winter.

Most manufacturers suggest that their gas fireplaces be serviced and tested every two years. However, if it is ten years old, or more, they will need to be serviced and tested every year to ensure it is running safely and efficiently. This will also extend the overall life of the fireplace significantly.

GAS HOT WATER SYSTEM SERVICING & REPAIRS

When you have a gas continuous flow or storage tank hot water unit, it is important to have it serviced regularly, to ensure it is working safely and efficiently. This is especially important if you are registered for the Rinnai extended warranty servicing schedule. To be applicable for the extended warranty, your Rinnai Infinity or Builders Model continuous flow hot water unit will need to be serviced a minimum of every four years.

 

However, most manufacturers suggest that their gas appliances be serviced and tested every two years. Annually if the appliance is ten years old. This will also extend the overall life of the fireplace significantly.

 

Service and maintenance on your hot water unit are necessary to extend the life of the system and ensure it is running safely and efficiently. Our technicians are Zone Contractors for Rinnai and are experts in servicing, repair and the maintenance of gas and electric hot water systems.

 

If we get to the site and your hot water system is requiring repairs we have a range of spare parts to be able to address the common issues that arise. We also keep stock of brand new hot water system so we can quickly replace the faulty unit so that you are not going without hot water.

Alternatively we are able to produce estimates off plans that we can later confirm once available. These rarely change as they are based on the plans so it will only change if the plans have  significantly changed.
